Description
The first Royal Oak was created in 1972 and designed by the legendary watchmaker Gérald Genta, who drew inspiration for its shape from a ship's porthole and completed its blueprints overnight. It was introduced as the world's first luxury watch in stainless steel, in an attempt to revitalize traditional watchmaking from the quartz crisis.
This Royal Oak Offshore Reference 26405CE.OO is a ceramic automatic wristwatch with date and chronograph, circa 2018, with black ceramic case, glare-proofed sapphire, titanium glare-proofed sapphire crystal case back, black ceramic bezel, screw-locked crown and push pieces, titanium push piece guards and links. Case size in diameter 44 mm, water resistance 100 meters. Black rubber strap with titanium pin buckle. Automatic movement with caliber 3126, 54 jewels. Power reserve approximately 50 hours. This watch comes with paper and box.

GoodThe watch is in overall good condition. Case is in overall good condition with moderate surface wear. Bracelet has signs of stretch, scratches and surface wear throughout commensurate with age. Buckle has signs of scratches. Crystal has signs of scratches and surface wear throughout commensurate with age. Case back has signs of scratches. The movement is running at the time of cataloging, however, it was not tested for the accuracy of time or duration of the power reserve and may need service at the buyer's discretion.
