Having earned a five-star rating as a recruit from the class of 2022, Henderson accelerated his high school studies, completing them approximately 1.5 years ahead of schedule to join Ignite. In his inaugural season with Ignite, he showcased his skills by averaging 14.3 points, 4.8 rebounds, 4.2 assists, and 1.67 steals in 21 games. 

Henderson secured the second-highest number of assists (89) and steals (35) on the Ignite, achieving notable milestones such as a 30-point game, four 20-point games, and two double-doubles.
