- Philippe Halsman (Latvian-American, 1906–1979).
- Photograph was taken at Hepburn's farm at La Vigna, outside Rome, for a Life Magazine cover story, July 18, 1955, titled "On An Italian Farm with Audrey Hepburn."
- Perspex window on the back of the frame showing Copyright © By Philippe Halsman in rubber stamp.
- Signed in graphite verso.
- Silver gelatin semi-gloss double-weight photograph framed in obeche wood with UV plexiglass.
- Rare vintage photograph, few printed in 1955.
