A check from District Bank London, filled out and signed by Paul McCartney in 1966.

A District Bank Limited, 47 Old Bond Street, London check signed and completed by Paul McCartney in black ink. The check is dated 28th November 1966 for £100.0.0 payable to Mr. Kelly. George Kelly was Paul McCartney’s chauffer, his wife Gwen Kelly was his also his housekeeper at Paul’s Cavendish Avenue, London home. On the day that the check was written, The Beatles were in EMI Studios, Abbey Road recording their forthcoming single release ‘Strawberry Fields Forever’.
