A rare "carte à figures" map of France in fine original color.
- Pieter van den Keere (Dutch).
- Amsterdam: Jan Jansson, c. 1630.
- Borders containing 14 city prospects and eight costume vignettes.
- Large title cartouche and a compass rose.
The plate was engraved by Pieter van den Keere and first published as a separate issue map. However Jansson acquired the plate, re-engraved the figures and issued it in his 1630 "Appendix."
