  • Printed in red and black, ornamental woodcut title, borders, and initials.
  • Original full limp vellum, spines stamped in gold, issued without silk ties, housed in custom cloth chemises and blue morocco backed slipcases.


The magnificent Kelmscott edition of the poems of Shelley, with an interesting New York provenance, likely from the 1920s. Includes signatures on the two preliminary blank leaves of a number of New York businessmen and philanthropists, many with connections to Temple Emanu-El, among them:
