Published in small numbers for administration officials, the original reports are of considerable rarity. The reports cover all of the Gulf states including Kuwait, Qatar, Bahrain and Oman. Authors include S. B. Miles writing biographical sketches of the rulers of Muscat, and E. C. Ross on Nejd. Subjects include the oil industry, the pearl trade and fisheries.
