  • London: Printed by Thomas Baskett, Printer to the King's most Excellent Majesty, and by the Assigns of Robert Baskett, 1745.
  • Bound in contemporary full black morocco over cords, covers ruled and with full gilt borders, in the middle of each cover are the Arms of George II, and on the front cover only the words "St. James's Chapel, 1749," spine panels with royal crowned monogram repeated seven times, all edges gilt, marbled pastedowns and endpapers.
