- All three volumes contain maps, illustrations and portraits of military and political personnel. Vol. I 1 map, 3 illustrations; Vol. II 1 map, 16 illustrations; Vol. III 98 illustrations. Vol. II contains two frontispieces. Vol. III contains mostly illustrated engravings with descriptions written by Emily Roberts.
- Bound in three-quarter black leather and brown cloth with gilt lettering and decoration on spine and front cover, textblock gilt.
Condition Report
GoodAll three volumes have creasing along spine and corners, as well as foxing throughout textblock.
Vol. I contains ink stain to half-title near fore edge.
