Description

Aesthetic Japonesque sterling silver lily pad tray made by Tiffany & Co. in New York.

  • Round with curved and lobed sides.
  • Four “welled” volute scrolls forming supports with stippled tendrils encircling plain center (vacant).
  • Allover spot hammering.
  • Fully marked including maker’s stamp, pattern no. 6318 (first produced in 1881) and director’s letter M (1873–91).
