This blue and brown glazed plate by Pablo Picasso exemplifies the artist's ability to transcend works on paper and canvas and create unique Cubist ceramic works. Simple yet striking, the platter has a minimalistic face carved into it across the well that comprises two raised circular eyes that project off of the piece.
