This very rare friends and family Air Jordan 3 "Father of Asahd" was made exclusively for DJ Khaled’s network. This 2018 pair served as a follow-up to DJ Khaled’s "We The Best" Air Jordan 3s. Named after DJ Khaled’s album Father of Asahd, the sneaker features the iconic "We The Best" logos on the left heel and inside the shoe. 

The "Father of Asahd" Air Jordan 3 features the iconic elephant print in light grey around the heel and toe box. There are red accents throughout the sneakers as well. This Air Jordan 3 is said to be extremely rare, as it was only given to friends and family of DJ Khaled, with only a few given away through an online raffle to promote his 2018 album. 

The Air Jordan 3 is credited with keeping Michael Jordan at Nike after the original Air Jordan designer Peter Moore left the company. Though just in the beginning of his career, Hatfield would become one of the most influential sneaker designers of all time. The design for the Air Jordan 3 featured a more sleek profile with a mid-cut height.
