Description
This children's Air Jordan 5 Retro from Valentine's Day 2003 features a predominantly red leather upper with pink details throughout. Red and pink speckled accents are highlighted on the midsole, while the signature Air Jordan 5 shark-tooth detailing is contrasted with a translucent outsole. A fusion heart basketball emblem appears on the lateral heels of the shoe.
By the time the Jordan 5 premiered in 1990, the Jordan line of sneakers was a household name and its release was widely anticipated. Designed by legendary Nike designer Tinker Hatfield, the fifth Jordan was updated with a shark-tooth midsole pattern, inspired by the design of World War II fighter jets.
