Emily Marie Miller Coan (American, b. 1991).

This work is offered unframed.

Emily Marie Miller Coan lives and works in Copake, New York, and received a BFA from the University of Florida, Gainesville. The Florida-born artist is known for her fantastical compositions which explore the female experience. Influenced by Coan's interest in cults, sci-fi and sexuality, Embroidering the Maiden's nocturnal forest leaves a haunting impression, punctuated by a trail of magenta.
