In 1999, Patek Philippe exclusively designed the Twenty-4 to achieve a contemporary feminine watch collection. The original Twenty-4 Art Deco was inspired by the "manchette" bracelet or cuff design. The Twenty-4 is so named because it is designed to function in any setting, as a great day-to-night watch.
