- Includes plates in color after Slocombe and numerous illustrations selected and arranged by the author.
- Bound in three-quarter wine morocco and linen boards, bordered in gilt tooling, raised bands, dotted in gilt tooling with panels displaying bordering central floral details, and label lettering, all gilt-tooled, top edge is gilt with marbled endpapers.
