Description

Set of Chippendale mahogany dining chairs crafted in Boston.

  • Sold as a set of 6.
  • Design flowing from the crest rail to black splat is an adaptation from plate 14 of Thomas Chippendale's Gentleman and Cabinet-Maker's Director (1754).
  • Two front cabriole legs terminating in pad feet.
  • Red silk upholstered seats with floral motif.
  • Secondary woods: Birch, maple.
