French Louis XVI style, carved-wood fauteuil armchairs from the early 20th century.
- Sold as a set of 2.
- Upholstered backs framed with beautifully carved wood edged in ribbon trim.
- Carved arms with manchette pads, terminate into scrolled knuckles adorned with wrapped acanthus leaves, which continue down the arm posts and across the seat rail.
- Petite flower heads embellish the skirt sides, knees, which give way to rounded, flute-carved legs with peg feet.
- Vintage fabric and nail head trim.
