- A gold-colored variation of Fornasetti's Tema E Variazioni series based on the opera singer Lina Cavalieri, with her face as a piece of chocolate in a box.
- Fully marked with the classic Fornasetti black rectangle with hand and brush. Above it with an eye and number 362. Below it marked "Special edition for BARNEYS NEW YORK."
