- Raised on turned feet with brass studs and plate decoration on solid teak.
- Two drawers and an additional smaller storage compartment are located beneath the lid.
- Traditionally used throughout Kenya and Zanzibar for storage of spices or valuables, the piece is suitable for keeping linens and blankets, as well as occasional seating.
