Russian Neoclassical brass-inlaid mahogany armoire.

  • Two paneled cabinet doors reveal later fitted interior.
  • Two apron drawers.
  • Associated block feet.
  • Includes two keys.

Marks, nicks, surface scratches, tiny losses and repairs consistent with age and use.

Patches to veneers and some areas where there is minor fraying, lifting and a few losses as well as signs of infill and restorations.

Proper right lower drawer lacking part of ebonized keyhole veneer.

Same drawer with a plugged hole to the back interior panel.

There is a hole on bottom of proper left side through back of armoire, likely for previous television wires. Proper left front door with two repaired vertical age splits.

Proper right front door and the side panels with minor age cracks.

Later fitted interior.

Locks replaced.

Structurally sound and ready to use.
