Condition Report
Very GoodOverall in very good condition.
The seating area and upper side edge on the backrest present with very light areas of discoloration to the rubber and fabric consistent with gentle use as well as light surface soiling.
The fabric rolls on the outside present with scattered occasional lifting throughout but is overall stable.
One upper side edge on the backrest with an area of loss to the rubber body in an area measuring approximately 1 x 1/2 inch; as well as a minor tear to the fabric near the proper top right corner measuring approximately 3/4 in. wide and not visually distracting.
