French and English Gilt-Metal Snuff Boxes.

  • Sold as a set of 2.
  • Louis XVI oblong varicolor double opening box chased with trophies of the Arts and Sciences, love, gardening and music on fluted ground, circa 1775.
  • George IV rectangular box with fox hunting scene in relief, engine-turned between floral borders; marked inside with pseudo hallmarks maker's mark I B, circa 1820.
