American acid-etched sterling silver gilt box made by Ahrendt & Kautzman and retailed by Theodore B. Starr.

  • Rectangular with leafing scroll borders.
  • Cover hinged with tapering tab and gently curved top.
  • Velvet-lined interior.
  • Fully marked including maker’s mark, sterling, retailer’s stamps and number 671.
