- Rectangular with straight sides, curved corners and hinged bracket end handles.
- Cover hinged with gently raised top.
- Dense leafing scrollwork and flowers engraved all over sides and cover.
- Cover top has central oval frame (vacant).
- Hasp with padlock and key.
- Interior fitted with hinged and detachable parts for storing the precious heirloom bits.
- Twelve slots for the rings.
- Fully marked including maker’s stamp.
