French Empire-style bronze jardinières cast after an unearthed Pompeian brazier.
- Sold as a set of 2.
- Tripod legs support the shallow top bowl decorated with swags.
- Legs are composed of three sphinxes with upward-extended wings, perched on plinths that taper to paw feet.
- Scrolling acanthus leaves join the three legs at the center, meeting at a stylized dual-headed acanthus flower.
