An elegantly shaped bowl or khwet crafted of bamboo with a rich red lacquer inside and out.

  • Lacquerwork has been perfected over hundreds of years in Burma, with its intricate details and specific needs for daily and ritual use.
  • Resting on eight-button feet made of thayo, or lacquered sap mixed with clay which can be molded.
