The Nike Dunk Hi Plus B ‘Stüssy’ was released in 2001 and would be the second partnership between the legendary streetwear clothing brand Stüssy and Nike. The two renowned fashion companies collaborated to create two co-branded sneakers, one being a mostly black silhouette and the other brown. For two weeks, sneakers collectors hoping to get a pair lined up at the Stüssy Chapter Stores in New York, London, Tokyo and Los Angeles in hopes of getting one of the 24 pairs stocked daily (12 brown, 12 black). Due to the limited distribution, the shoe caused a frenzy upon its release, and to this day, remains a hidden gem among collectors.

The shoe features a black leather upper with snakeskin swooshes. The Nike Dunk Hi Plus B ‘Stüssy’ is the first shoe to incorporate specialty fabrics on the swoosh, sparking a design choice we see in many silhouettes today. The sneaker rests on a white midsole with a black outsole and comes with fossil gray shoelaces.
