Description

Alois Kronschlaeger (Austrian-American, b. 1966).

Steel frame.

This piece is final sale and not eligible for return.

Kronschlaeger's fiber works resemble woven "windows." Created by pulling hand-dyed Merino wool across and through aluminum mesh, these see-through screens evoke 20th-century Constructivist compositions. The work has movement like that of a door on a hinge, and when open, casts a shadow on the wall.
