The canvas is not lined.
The paint surface is stable and under a somewhat soiled varnish.
One inch vertical slight tear at center above castle and circa half an inch round depression in paint surface above with corresponding patch remnant on verso.
Craquelure in the sky and water at right. Under UV light, inpainting to address frame abrasion at upper edge; small area of retouching to address aforementioned circular depression.
