Henry Gunderson is an American artist who combines photo-realistic imagery in abstracted or void spaces as an allegory on human perception and commercialization of human identity. In Neurochamber, Gunderson depicts various electronic components of an internal computer tower inwardly repeating itself to the horizon. Quality of the brushstrokes along with precision on the repeating patterns accentuate the sense of commodification of the objects depicted.
