Holographic promotional poster for Kubrick's 2001: A Space Odyssey for the Cinerama release of the film.
- One of the rarer examples.
- MGM Studios.
- Paper mounted with obeche wood, card mount and UV plexiglass.
MGM heavily marketed this film and produced special 3-D holographic displays for the Cinerama release of the film. This release was a wide-screen format, which could only be shown in a small number of cinemas that had this capability.
