- The chapter "Melancholetta" is incorrectly numbered 78 in the Table of Contents, with no cancel title page and without "Author of Alice in Wonderland" to the title page.
- Bound in the publisher's original gilt stamped blue cloth with all edges gilt.
- Housed in half red morocco slipcase with ribbed gilt lettered spine.
