GoodCreasing, wrinkling and edgewear to cover with half-inch triangle-shaped tear and missing piece.
Minor soiling, possible water damage, to bottom of front cover.
Back cover has two small partial tears: quater-inch tear adjacent to spine and half-inch tear of lower corner.
Wear and stress marks to spine.
Pages show age toning with three-quarter-inch tears along edges of pp. 3 and 5.
