Presented in this lot is Alexander Zverev’s match issued outfit and signed shirt from the 2026 US Open First Round against Lorenzo Sonego at Arthur Ashe Stadium on September 1, 2026.
Zverev came back from down 2-1 to beat Sonego with a score of 6-4, 3-6. 6-7 (7-9), 7-5, 6-4.
The shirt has not been conclusively photomatched, however, due to the provenance and the item being secured directly from Zverev’s team by a Sotheby’s representative we believe it was likely worn. Additionally the team has confirmed that the shirt was worn in the First Round of the US Open.
The sneakers were secured on-site and authenticated by a Sotheby’s representative.
