Good levels and appearance, 2 corks very slightly depressed, slight colour variation, 2 bottles slightly darker

In 2016 and from magnum, this is as irresistible as ever, with its limes, hazelnuts and silky sleek fruit. There is an aromatic element to it, long and elegant, with great class and freshness. I still think that the touch of fresh ginger in it is deliciously picked up in Le Gavroche's langoustines and light ginger-butter sauce dish, but it was also pretty delectable with mackerel tartare made with a dash of horseradish and beetroot. Serena Sutcliffe, MW
