12mo (151 x 88 mm). Woodcut borders, anatomical man, and monthly panels; some browning, staining, and spotting, tear to second page of December with tissue repair, some borders just shaved. Disbound; some spotting and browning. Housed in custom folding-case.

First edition, "Roads Northeastward" issue. Rare, with four copies appearing at auction in the last century.
