Ultra High Frequency Antenna
Inconel-X 750 nickel chromium alloy. Stamped “UHF Antenna / 41301-506-61/ ESWA A24I97” and SN A001Y. Modification and Repair Sticker indicates a repair was made. Antenna measures 15.5 x 5.5 inches. Bears noticeable wear, marking, and paint loss, particularly on the leading edge consistent with the extreme heat and friction realized at hypersonic speeds in flight or testing.
