FLOWN Inflight Coverall Jacket, part number BW-1060-002, serial number 1142, manufactured by B. Welson Co. in the United States of America, 3 June, 1969. Teflon-coated Beta cloth with snaps at wrists, waist, collar, and front opening. Manufacturer's label at inside neck reading "Coverall, Jacket / BW-1060-002 / Size: MR S/N: 1142 / Contract No.: NAS 9-8309 / Date of Mfg.: 6-3-69 / Mfg. By: B. Welson Co." ROOSA’s initals “SAR” in ink on label in ROOSA’s hand. Plastic reinforced medical connector port and NASA "Meatball" logo affixed to proper right chest, Apollo 14 Mission Emblem and name tag reading "S. ROOSA" affixed to proper left breast, United States flag affixed to proper left shoulder.
FLOWN Inflight Coverall Trousers, part number BW-1061-001, serial number 1142, manufactured by B. Welson Co. in the United States of America, 3 June 1969. Teflon-coated Beta cloth with three snap connectors at waist, a zip front with a double snap enclosure, and two zippered shin pockets. Manufacturer’s label inside reading “Coverall, Trousers/ BW-1061-001/ Size: M.R. S/N 1142/ Subject: ROOSA / Contract No.: NAS 9-8309 / Date of Mfg.: 6-3-69 / Mfg. By: B. Welson Co.”
