ROOSA’s initals “SAR” in ink on label in ROOSA’s hand. Plastic reinforced medical connector port and NASA "Meatball" logo affixed to proper right chest, Apollo 14 Mission Emblem and name tag reading "S. ROOSA" affixed to proper left breast, United States flag affixed to proper left shoulder.
