Description
13 ½ x 21 ⅝ in. Window card poster with heavy cardboard for Janis Joplin’s last concert at Madison Square Garden. Poster printed in orange, pink and black, and features photo of Joplin by Elliot Landy. Billed as “One Perf. Only!” In excellent condition, with some scratches to surface and slightly bumped corners.
This show at New York City's Madison Square Garden was Joplin’s last performance with her backing group, The Kosmic Blues Band. The concert featured the Paul Butterfield Blues Band as the opening act. Guitarist and singer Johnny Winter also made an appearance.
