etching with drypoint and engraving on laid paper with a Strasbourg Lily watermark and IHS countermark
a fine, atmospheric impression of this important subject, New Hollstein's second state (of four), before Captain Baillie's rework, printing with burr, depth and dramatic contrasts

Executed circa 1648.
