A similar 'Jian' bowl from the Alfred Clark Collection, was sold in Sotheby's London, 25th March 1975, lot 24; and another in Sotheby's New York, 20th March 2002, lot 112. Compare also a bowl from the Muwen Tang collection sold in Sotheby's London, 12th November 2003, lot 64.
