the back and seat rail decorated with ribbon-tied oak branches, with a frieze of flowering interlacing, the armrests terminating in scrolling acanthus leaves, on tapering fluted legs, ending in hoof feet for the footstool, one pair upholstered in cut blue velvet, the other pair and the footstool upholstered in blue silk damask; (regilt)
