Poster, linen backed and conservation framed with anti-reflective UV museum glass, unframed: 16 1/2 x 11 1/4 in. (41.9 x 28.5 cm); framed: 22 7/8 x 17 1/2 in. (58 x 44.5 cm)
There is a blank area at the top of this poster, which would have been used by the cinemas to insert screening information.
Casablanca remains one of the most famous films of all time. It was directed by Michael Curtiz, and stars Humphrey Bogart, Ingrid Bergman, Paul Henreid, Claude Rains, Conrad Veidt, Sydney Greenstreet and Peter Lorre. After Bogart's success in The Maltese Falcon (1941), Casablanca was the film that truly elevated him to global stardom.
