Jeremiah Fears was drafted 7th by the New Orleans Pelicans out of the 2025 NBA Draft from the University of Oklahoma. Fears has been an important part of the young Pelicans team, averaging 13.2 points, 3.7 rebounds, and 3.3 assists a contest. Sports Illustrated reporter Cem Yolbulan wrote about Fears in his rookie year, “Fears is a dynamic and creative point guard who has the chance to be one of the most exciting players in the league.”
