款識：陶庵一兄大人雅正，陸潤庠。鈐印：「陸潤庠印」
注：本幅上款「陶庵一兄」應為陳寶琛。陳氏字伯潛，號弢庵、陶庵，福州閩縣螺洲人。同治七年進士。直言敢諫，連同張之洞、張佩綸、寶廷成為「樞廷四諫官」，出任江西學政，累遷內閣學士、禮部侍郎。後為宣統帝師，得追贈太師，諡「文忠」。
