釋文：千古蓬頭跣足，一生服氣飧霞。笑指武夷山下，白雲深處吾家。泰和清狂山人郭詡寫。鈐印：「天爵王公」

題木盒：

明人郭詡蝦蟇僊人畫囋

明治二十五年十月十六日，採石君為祝家嚴康年翁七十七壽開於書畫展覽會觀音精舍，友人飯島半耕君來會贈以此幅。君更裝潢而藏之，人物流暢有奇趣與傳記符，真可重寶也。癸巳秋晚，碎巖正史題匣併記。鈐印：「高敏印信」、「百硯草堂」(二印)、一印漫漶不辨

注：高森碎巖(1847-1917)，日本近代著名南畫家，千葉縣出生，師從日本儒學大家服部蘭台，繪畫師從山本琴登，在山水花鳥方面卓有成就，並精於中國古代繪畫鑑賞。
