The Cartier Cloche saw a resurgence in 2021 with its reintroduction as part of the Cartier Privé collection. Originally conceived in the 1920s as a brooch watch, this distinctive model has appeared only sporadically over the years, including a limited edition of 200 pieces in 1995 and a further release in 2007 in yellow gold, limited to 100 pieces as part of the Cartier Paris Collection Privée.
The most recent iteration was presented in yellow gold, pink gold, and platinum, with select versions also featuring skeletonized movements. The Cloche is an exercise in simplicity, demonstrating how a classic and enduring design can bring a sense of balance and refinement to the wrist.
