Conceived in 2019, the Grand Sport Tourbillon was born out of a passion for motorsports from Laurent Ferrier’s two founders. The shape of the watch case drew inspiration from the curves and edges of sleek racing cars. It is fashioned from 5N red gold and features a beautiful integrated bracelet. The warm, gradient, chocolate brown dial elegantly complements the hues of the case.
The manual wind, double balance spring, caliber LF619.01 tourbillon powers the watch. While most tourbillons are on full display, this Laurent Ferrier engine can only be seen through the sapphire crystal display back.
The current example comes complete with its full set of boxes and paperwork. It is a subtle but powerful feat of engineering that sits beautifully on the wrist.
