First introduced in 1980 as a combination between the signature case shapes of their two period models, the Nautilus and the Ellipse, the reference 3770 pairs the signature oval Ellipse case shape with the ingenious Genta designed “port hole” construction to form a truly unique reference. The short lived model was produced in small quantities until around 1990, and today is one of Patek Philippe’s hidden gems for those who aspire to collect the weird and wonderful.
